Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or call us at 270.404.4096 to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Same day delivery orders must be placed in the shop by 12 pm CST to be for sure delivered same day. When in doubt call us to be sure delivery can happen same day.

If no one is at the delivery destination the arrangement will be brought back to the flower shop and we will call the customer to make arrangements for redelivery for a second delivery charge. We must charge a delivery charge each time the arrangement is redelivered. Customers are encouraged to make sure the person to be delivered to will be at the delivery address to avoid delays and extra delivery charges.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 1 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges or in-store credit— please contact us to arrange your return or exchange.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your debit or credit card.
